• Scaled the ZoodleMe backend to 1,600 users with LLM story generation, TTS narration and image pipelines, and multi-provider payments.
• Ran both products on one serverless AWS platform — FastAPI on Lambda, RDS PostgreSQL 16, Cognito SSO — with all 7 Lambdas and the API Gateway in Terraform and OIDC deploys.

Full-Stack & AI Engineering Intern

• Built TMF Eye, a regulated Trial Master File platform where teams file, version and sign off clinical documents, with hash-chained audit events and AWS KMS e-signatures making every document's history tamper-evident and auditor-verifiable.
• Architected a hierarchical RAG system over the TMF Reference Model that answers regulatory questions with cited artifacts, with quality tracked by an MRR and Recall@K harness.
• Built a CRF OCR engine extracting clinical form data with Azure GPT vision, plus a content assistant letting tutoring-centre staff search 105 maths PDFs in natural language.

Software Engineering Intern

• Built a WhatsApp-native B2B machinery marketplace agent on LangGraph and Gemini: a 6-node graph, 38 tools, durable Postgres state, handling buyer enquiries end to end and escalating to a 93-endpoint console on rule-gate triggers.
• Built tiered inventory matching (exact, relaxed, then fuzzy over Postgres and OpenSearch) behind an event-driven SQS to ECS Fargate pipeline autoscaled on queue backlog, serving 2,300+ inbound leads from 3,500+ buyers across 36 Indian states.
• Cut the client's AWS spend 43% ($626 to $356 a month) by auditing Cost Explorer and removing redundant load balancers, public IPv4 addresses, duplicate CloudTrail trails and unused provisioned concurrency.
